Marlborough House is an impressive stone Victorian house with elegant spacious rooms which are all furnished with antiques to create that individual period atmosphere. Each room is equipped with a brand new bathroom en-suite, a digital flat-screen television with multiple Freeview channels and free wi-fi facilities.
Peter and his friendly staff aim to provide a comfortable, relaxed stay for Marlborough House guests. First time visitors are given a map and an orientation of Bath & itinerary suggestions. Bookings can be made for tours, including Stonehenge and the Cotswolds, as well as of Bath itself.
Marlborough House is known for its delicious organic, breakfasts. An impressive display of freshly prepared fruits such as mango, kiwi,pineapple,melon, yogurts & cereals. Fresh coffee, huge choice of teas – and all organic. Our omelettes are a house speciality, and so are the Marlborough House special breakfast potatoes, Special diets are catered for, including kosher, halal, vegan and wheat-free.
A couple minutes' walk from Marlborough House takes you to the imposing Royal Crescent, a few steps further to The Circus. These two grand Georgian buildings have helped Bath become a world heritage city. Similarly close by is the 2000 year-old Roman Baths, and the new Thermae Spas, surrounded by the beautiful maze of unique shops, cozy cafes and excellent restaurants that Bath is famous for.
