Put the car keys down and enjoy the countryside of EXMOOR and the West Country. We have our own excellent book of walks from the farm ......2 miles to 10 miles most of which stop at an Inn. Or take one of our packed lunches with you. These are tried and tested walks for the experience walker to the most novice of walkers. Return for a hot bath or a swim and afternoon tea.

All the bedrooms have their own facilities, hospitality trays and televisions plus lots of little extras you would expect from us ! All the comforts you would expect from a large country farm house.
As a working farm we can supply you with quality meadow grazed lamb from the farm.
Clun forest x Texel making for a very tender and succulent lamb. Boxed to order so freshness can be assured at all times.
In the farmyard just a mile from the village of Roadwater, this former cider house still has the original cider press in situ. This is a quiet, unspoilt corner of Exmoor National Park, with an excellent network of footpaths. There are two sleeping areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, with the cooking and recreation area on the ground floor. There is electric light on a meter. Also a barbecue area outside. Breakfast is available on request.
